Analogue - Environmental Photoshoot

Analogue - Environmental Photoshoot

I carried out this shoot to introduce myself to the use of analogue cameras and film. Again during this shoot I explored the literal meaning of environmental photography. However, this time I wanted to see the effect that would be supplied with use of an analogue camera and film. When taking the photographs, I experimented with aperture, shutter speed and manual focus to create good composition and depth of field.

Successful Outcomes:

Light Leaks:

When photographing the various subjects and settings with my analogue camera I varied the techniques and methods I used throughout. I experimented with apature and shutter speed to produce a variety of different styled productions. What I didn't expect to occur was the effect supplied by light leaks. Light leaks occur when the film used within the analogue camera is exposed to light.
